This award is presented to the designer of a sports, general service or limousine (motorised) tender that has been placed aboard a yacht within the qualifying period. Judges will give consideration to its appearance, cockpit design, mechanical installation, functionality for its purpose, the ease with which it is lifted aboard its parent craft, and its performance in respect of its task.
